Roamer is a travel planning app that helps users create trips, plan itineraries, save places, track expenses, manage notes, invite travelers, use AI-assisted planning, receive reminders, and access free or premium explore templates.

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Keeping login credentials secure.
• All activity under their account.
• Not sharing access in a way that harms Roamer or other users.

Users keep ownership of their trip content, including itineraries, notes, expenses, saved places, traveler details, and prompts. Users grant Roamer permission to store, process, display, sync, and use that content only as needed to provide app features.

When users invite others to a trip, invited travelers may see shared trip information such as itinerary items, places, notes, expenses, dates, and traveler details depending on app functionality. Users are responsible for inviting only people they trust.

Roamer's AI features are planning tools, not professional travel, legal, medical, safety, immigration, financial, or emergency advice. AI suggestions may be wrong or outdated. Users must verify:

• Opening hours
• Ticket prices
• Restaurant/hotel availability
• Travel time
• Weather
• Safety conditions
• Visa or entry rules
• Local laws
• Booking requirements
• Roamer is not responsible for travel losses caused by relying only on AI suggestions.

Maps, place names, ratings, photos, addresses, and directions may come from third-party providers. Roamer does not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party map/place data.

The expense tracker is for convenience only. Roamer does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Users are responsible for verifying amounts, splits, payments, and settlement decisions.

Roamer reminders depend on device settings, network availability, notification permissions, and platform services. Roamer does not guarantee all reminders will be delivered exactly on time.

Roamer may offer:

• Free plan
• Roamer Pro subscriptions
• Credit top-up packs
• Premium templates
• Credit-based AI features
• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store and managed with RevenueCat. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment issues are handled through Apple's App Store terms and user account settings.
• Credits may be used for eligible AI features. Credits are not cash, not transferable, and not refundable except where required by law. Credit amounts, included monthly credits, and top-up packs may change based on the plan or product purchased.
• If Roamer offers monthly credit refreshes for yearly subscribers, credits are refreshed according to the plan rules shown in the app and purchase flow.

Roamer may restrict some templates, AI features, route optimization, reminders, or planning tools to premium users or credit usage. Feature availability may change over time.

Users must not:

• Break the law.
• Upload harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Abuse AI features or automated systems.
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the app.
• Use Roamer for spam, fraud, scraping, or unauthorized commercial activity.

Roamer may update, pause, remove, or change features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Users can delete accounts in the app from Profile > Support > Delete account. Some limited records may remain where required for law, fraud prevention, security, accounting, tax, or payment compliance.

Roamer is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that plans, routes, hotel/restaurant suggestions, place data, budgets, reminders, or AI results will be accurate, safe, available, or suitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamer and Vaibhav Gareja are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, travel-related, or financial losses, including missed bookings, delays, cancellations, injury, unsafe conditions, extra costs, lost reservations, or reliance on app suggestions.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms.
