Information We Collect
Account information: We collect your name, email address, profile details, login method, and account preferences so you can sign in and use Roamer across devices.
Trip planning information: We store destinations, trip names, travel dates, budgets, itinerary items, timings, addresses, notes, saved places, hotels, restaurants, transport items, trip status, travelers, and trip invite information.
Notes and checklist information: If you create notes, packing lists, reminders, checklist items, tags, or linked trip notes, we store that content so it remains available in your account.
Expense information: If you use the expense tracker, we store expense categories, amounts, descriptions, dates, payer information, split or personal expense status, trip budget, and related settlement calculations.
AI planning information: When you use AI features, Roamer may process your destination, trip dates, selected day, current itinerary, saved places, notes, budget, hotel or restaurant preferences, and your prompt so the app can generate relevant travel suggestions.
Subscription and credit information: We store plan status, premium access state, credit balance, credit usage history, product identifiers, purchase status, RevenueCat identifiers, and related billing metadata. Payment processing is handled by Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store full payment card details.
Notification information: If you enable reminders, we may store push notification tokens, reminder settings, note reminders, trip reminders, and reminder delivery metadata.
Device and diagnostics: We may collect app version, platform, device type, error logs, crash or diagnostic information, and basic usage events to improve reliability.
