Delete Your Roamer Account

Roamer gives users a direct way to delete their account inside the app.

How To Delete Your Account In The App

  1. Open Roamer.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Scroll to Support.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Read the confirmation.
  6. Confirm deletion.

What Will Be Deleted

Deletion removes:

  • Account profile
  • Name and account email stored in Roamer profile
  • Trips
  • Itinerary items
  • Saved places
  • Hotel and restaurant suggestions saved to trips
  • Notes and checklists
  • Expenses, budgets, payer, split/personal expense information
  • Trip members and invite records tied to your account
  • Notification tokens
  • Scheduled reminder data
  • Credit history and app billing profile data
  • App telemetry linked to your account where possible

What May Not Be Deleted Immediately

Some limited records may be kept if required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Payment records
  • Tax or accounting obligations
  • App Store subscription records controlled by Apple

Subscription Warning

Deleting your Roamer account does not cancel an active Apple App Store subscription. To cancel:

  1. Open iPhone Settings.
  2. Tap your Apple ID.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Roamer.
  5. Cancel the subscription.

If You Cannot Access The App

Email vaibhavgareja@gmail.com from your Roamer account email.

Subject: Delete Roamer account

Message should include your Roamer account email, confirmation that you want your Roamer account deleted, and any relevant details if you cannot access the app.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is designed to happen immediately. Email deletion requests are generally reviewed within 7 business days.
