When contacting support, please include:

Purchases and Refunds

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store. Roamer can help check premium status, restore purchases, and credit sync issues, but refunds and billing cancellations are handled by Apple.

Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly in the app: Profile > Support > Delete account. If they cannot access the app, they can email vaibhavgareja@gmail.com from their account email with subject "Delete Roamer account".

Response Time

We aim to reply within 2-3 business days.

Emergency Notice

Roamer is not an emergency service. For urgent travel, safety, medical, legal, police, airline, hotel, immigration, or booking emergencies, contact the appropriate local authority, travel provider, hotel, airline, embassy, or emergency service directly.
